Prices

Low season:

$1,750 per night from March – October (excluding school holidays, long weekends)

Mid season:

$2,250 per night February, November, 1 – 15 December and school holidays and long weekends from March – October

High season:

$2,750 per night from 15 December – 31 January

Plus $600 cleaning fee for all stays.
7 night minimum stay during high season.
2 night minimum stay at all other times.
Maximum 8 guests.

All bookings include: A personal greeting, gourmet welcome hamper, weekly housekeeping (for stays greater than 7 days) and access to Luxico personal concierge service.

Please note: we do not allow this property to be hired for weddings or private parties.

No More Than 8 Guests – 8 person are permitted to stay at Killcare Beach House. Guests Must Not BYO any additional mattresses or bedding. All guests must be declared at the time of bookings and any extra guests will be asked to leave the property and/or will forfeit their deposit bond.
